Stephen J Hall is a versatile professional with a passion for research, education, and management. He has diverse interests, including online education, Web 3.0, blockchain, and AI. Stephen has owned several businesses since migrating to Australia, including a recruitment company and a registered training organization, and has served on the board of directors for various organizations. He is presently project managing an IT/Web 3.0 startup, which is bringing a complex hardware and software human performance application to market. 

Stephen is well-connected with the Adelaide business community and collaborates with Uni SA and Flinders universities as part of his research interests. He regularly publishes and presents at conferences in his field. Stephen holds coursework business degrees from London South Bank University and Uni SA, as well as research degrees from Torrens University and a PhD from Flinders University. 

In addition to his research and consulting work, Stephen has a wealth of experience in business and education, including board roles. He provides IT and marketing support to the clients of his partner’s accounting business, keeping him in touch with the latest business compliance requirements from an accounting and human resource perspective. 

Stephen’s unique combination of academic, business, management, and teaching experience give him a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing those wishing to join Australia’s workforce. His direct experience of being a migrant and starting from scratch further enhances his ability to empathise with individuals and help them navigate the complex landscape of getting work in Australia.
