Fee Payments
There are a few ways to pay for student fees and charges. Outlined below are methods available for domestic and international payments.
Australian payments
Direct transfer
Please ensure that you include your name or an identifier when you transfer the program payment and that a copy of the receipt is emailed to the state administration team. When paying by international transfer, please note that bank fees are usually incurred. Please ensure that the full amount due, plus the bank fees are covered. We recommend an additional $25 AUD be paid to cover the bank fees.
Visa or Mastercard
We accept only Visa and Mastercard.
BPAY
*Please note that BPAY is usable once the first payment has been made as it requires the use of your Student ID*
Most financial institutions allow you to pay via BPAY using phone or internet banking. For more information, visit bpay.com.au. Please allow 2-3 business days for the payment to clear.
BPAY reference details are available on your tax invoice, please always refer to this document for the most up-to-date details for your Billpay code and customer reference number. This payment will not incur a surcharge.
International payments (payments made outside of Australia)
You can pay your fees from your overseas bank account via wire transfer. Convera also accepts Visa or MasterCard. These options allow you to pay in local currency, if available.
Please note, if you pay from a bank account outside Australia, it can take more than 7 business days for your payment to clear. If your payment due date is soon, we recommend paying online via VISA or MasterCard.
Convera
At ACAP Professional we use Convera for Students to make it easier for you to pay your international tuition fee payment. You can pay from your bank account with a telegraphic transfer or use a credit card.
