Background
Janet Rowlands is a highly skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced trainer and has been involved with teaching the Professional Year Program at Navitas for over 9 years. With a diverse background in business, aviation, and education, she brings a unique perspective and set of skills to her work as a trainer. As a Professional Year Program Trainer, she has helped students to develop their skills and knowledge and confidence in their chosen fields, providing guidance and support throughout their PY program.
In addition to being a Trainer with Navitas Professional, Janet is also a Learning Designer for the Australian College of Applied Professions (ACAP). In this role, she is responsible for designing and delivering effective learning programs for the College across a wide range of subjects, making her a valued member of the learning and teaching community. In between these roles, Janet also finds time to work on her alpaca farm, where she cares for and raises these gentle animals.
