Background
David has worked for 6 different universities across Australia. This experience has allowed him to deliver development activities for career focused people including mentoring systems, career planning, establishing cultures, self-managed teams and organisational change. Additionally, he has worked in the healthcare and community sectors in business, government and membership organisations. As a consultant, he has assessed and reported on training organisations to senior executives, researched cross-industry opportunities and reviewed organisational planning.
