Background
Carlo Soliman commenced his career in the media industry and gained over 15 years’ experience at a major Sydney television network.
Carlo also has over two decades experience as a senior commercial and property lawyer and has undertaken complex commercial transactions in both sales and acquisitions. He has excellent negotiation skills and has advised many corporate entities on company and trade practices and property matters. His point of difference is the ability to integrate and apply complex doctrinal concepts into practical scenarios that allow students to truly engage in their learning in a contextually relevant manner.
Carlo also has over 12 years’ experience as a University Lecturer and Examiner in Contract, taxation and corporations’ law. He has taught in the professional year program for over 10 years and is committed to the delivery of quality education to students and prepare them with relevant workplace skills. Carlo is currently preparing to enrol in a Ph.D program
